Special Events

The health center holds several events each year that give supporters an opportunity to share their passion for making a difference in health care; have fun with family and friends; and receive community recognition by sponsoring one of the fundraising events. We would be honored if you would consider supporting these exciting events by joining a committee, attending an event, putting an ad in an event journal, or making a donation to event auctions. Email rmcgrade@cornerstonefh.org for more information.

Healthy Living for your Brain and Body @ Cornerstone Family Healthcare
Jan 31 @ 12:00 pm – 1:00 pm

At any age, there are lifestyle habits we can adopt to help maintain or even potentially improve our health. These habits may also help to keep our brains healthy as we age and possibly delay the onset of cognitive decline.

This workshop covers four areas of lifestyle habits that are associated with healthy aging: cognitive activity, exercise, diet/nutrition and social engagement.

In each area, we will discuss what we know, drawing on current research, as well as what we can do — steps to take now to improve or maintain overall health in each area.
