Linda S. Muller, M.S.

Linda S. Muller has been with Cornerstone Family Healthcare since 1991. Linda has a Bachelors of Art from SUNY Buffalo, and a Masters in Science in Health Policy & Administration from The New School University, in NYC. As Cornerstone’s leader, Linda has communicated one consistent message: “Health care is a right, and not a privilege”. That vision had provided the basis for care for the 24,000 patients who call Cornerstone their medical home. Throughout her tenure, Cornerstone has grown significantly and has become accredited by the Joint Commission for delivering high standards of care and is designated by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) as a Level 3 Patient Centered Medical Home.


Linda is a highly regarded and respected leader in the healthcare community. She was recognized by the United States Department of Health and Human Services, New York HRSA Field Office for her commitment and distinguished service to improving the health status of the medically underserved. She also has been recognized by Independent Living, Newburgh/Highland NAACP, and The Newburgh’s Developers Association. In 2004, Linda was recognized for “Women in Achievement” in the healthcare field, and by the Times Herald-Record as one of the region’s top 40 most influential women. In 2007 Linda was selected as a woman of distinction by the Times Herald-Record in their “Women in Business/Progress’ 07”. In 2011, she was honored by the Orange County Human Rights Commission for her efforts in advancing the human rights of the people of Orange County. Most recently, Linda has been recognized by the Hudson Valley Association of Women & Friends as a person in the community who makes a difference. She has also received the Elant Signature Award as well as Leadership Orange’s Pinnacle of Leadership Award in 2012.


Linda currently serves on the Board of Directors for the following organizations: Community Health Care Association of New York State (CHCANYS), National Association of Community Health Centers (NACHC), Orange County Chamber of Commerce, Elant, and Affiniti Health Plan.


Patrick R. Murphy

Chief Financial Officer



Pat Murphy is the Chief Financial Officer for Cornerstone Family Healthcare. He is a Certified Public Accountant with a degree in Accounting from Rutgers University. His experience includes a career with KPMG, a ‘Big Four” accounting firm in New York City. Pat worked in the firms’ healthcare and banking practices. He previously served as Chief Financial Officer for the Westchester Medical Group in White Plains, New York, as well as Executive Vice President and CFO of a New York City commercial bank.


Dave Jolly

Chief Operating Officer



Dave Jolly is the Chief Operating Officer for Cornerstone Family Healthcare. He joined Cornerstone in January 2014 after completing his term as Commissioner of the Orange County Department of Social Services (DSS), a position that he held for eight years.


Serving as County Commissioner, and prior to that as Deputy Commissioner, Dave was responsible for managing the finances and operations of programs like Medicaid, Child Support, Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Child Protective Services (CPS), and Foster Care. He also supported the development of the Neighborhood Business & Resource Center (NBRC), a fundamental organization to the City of Newburgh for its ability to centralize various programs essential to the community.


Dave is currently the Chairman of the New York State Association of Counties, Medicaid and Human Services Resolutions Committee; a Board Member and Community Impact Chairperson for the United Way of Dutchess-Orange Region; and Past President of the New York Public Welfare Association. He also has participated in many research projects related to domestic violence, homelessness, and juvenile justice with Mount Saint Mary College.


Avi Silber, M.D.

Chief Medical Officer



Avi Silber, MD, FAAP, is the Chief Medical Officer for Cornerstone Family Healthcare. He joined Cornerstone in 2006 as Chief of Pediatric and Adolescent Medicine.


Dr. Silber is a graduate of Temple University School of Medicine and holds an undergraduate degree in Biology from SUNY Binghamton. He is a member of the American Association of Pediatrics (AAP) and the Orange County Medical Society. He resides in Highland Mills with his wife and three daughters.


Marianne Buck, MHRM, SPHR

Vice President of Practice Operations



Marianne Buck holds a Bachelor of Arts from SUNY Albany and a Masters in Human Resources Management from the University of Phoenix. She is also certified by the Human Resources Certification Institute as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR). She has 9 years of experience in Human Resources, specializing in employment law and leadership and development training programs. Marianne is currently a Board Member of the Newburgh Ministries, acting as their Human Resources advisor.


Kathy Davey, MM, PCMH CCE

Vice President of Informatics and Quality Outcomes



Kathy Davey joined Cornerstone Family Healthcare in July 2004. Kathy holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from SUNY New Paltz and a Masters in Management from the University of Phoenix with a concentration in Human Resources. Kathy has over 10 years of management experience, including employee training and development.




Margaret Calero

Director of Risk Management and Compliance



Margaret comes to Cornerstone Family Healthcare with over 20 years of health care experience related to hospital and outpatient services. She has an Associates Degree in Science from Berkeley College in White Plains, NY.



Regina C. McGrade

Vice President of Marketing & Development




Regina C. McGrade has been with Cornerstone Family Healthcare since 2006. Regina holds a BFA in Communications from St. Thomas Aquinas College, Sparkill, NY. Regina has long career background in Healthcare Communications and Development from her 12 years at a community Hospital in Nyack, NY, and best practice production and management skills from her time at IBM Global.


Regina has a long history of philanthropic involvement and success here in the Hudson Valley for many non-profit organizations and institutions. Regina has served on the Board of Directors for JDRF Hudson Valley, is a member of the National Association of Fundraising Professionals, The Major General Irene Trowell-Harris Chapter of the Tuskegee Airmen, was the Project Manager for the Leadership Orange Class of 2008, winning the Donald Trump tri-county fund raising challenge, 2015 Recipient of Kidz 4 Causes, Thumbs Up Award, and 2016 Orange County Women of Achievement Award.


June Parrillo

Vice President of Finance and Controller  



June holds a Bachelor of Science Degree from Mercy College. A longtime Orange County resident; June has 25 years of experience in Corporate Accounting, most recently as Controller with a for-profit healthcare organization.






Jesse C. Sarubbi


Vice President of DSRIP Coordination & Practice Transformation



Jesse C. Sarubbi, VP of DSRIP Coordination & Practice Transformation, joined the team in 2011. She has overseen multiple departments, including Care Management, Health Education and Nutrition services, in additional to coordination of DSRIP operations. Jesse has a Master’s Degree in Social Policy with a focus on Health Promotion and is passionate about community health and working to decrease health disparities. Jesse also enjoys working as an adjunct lecturer, and teaching and learning about holistic health and wellness.




Diahan Scott

Vice President of Outreach & External Programs, Advancement



Diahan Scott is the VP of Outreach and External Programs. She has a Master’s Degree in Public Administration with a focus on Healthcare Administration. Diahan is passionate about community health and has more than 15 years of experience working with special needs and underserved populations.







Marilyn Morales LCSW


Director of Positive Choices Center



Marilyn Morales has approximately eight years’ experience working with patients with HIV and those at-risk. She has been with Cornerstone since 2009, when she joined the PCC staff as Client Services Manager. In 2012, Ms. Morales was promoted to her current position as Director of Positive Choices Center. Ms. Morales holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work from Herbert H. Lehman College and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Fordham University School of Social Work.



April Gozza

Senior Director Public Relations & Government Affairs



April Gozza is the Sr. Director of Public Relations & Government Affairs at Cornerstone Family Healthcare.  April has 15 years’ experience in strategic partnerships and planning, business development, operations management, marketing and public relations for both the private and non-profit sectors.


By nurturing relationships, April has developed strategic partnerships between the business, non-profit and public sectors, and created diverse frameworks that have realized shared goals and outcomes for multiple community development initiatives in the Hudson Valley.


April attended Mount Saint Mary College in Newburgh for her B.A. in Early Childhood Education with a concentration in English Language Arts.  She is a graduate of Leadership Dutchess and the Hudson Valley Pattern for Progress Fellow’s Program.


April’s long-term devotion to promote the welfare of others has led to a life of service on countless non-profit boards, committees, task forces and advisory councils.  April currently serves on the board of The Children’s Home Poughkeepsie.
